Ens token claim : stuck on "Confirm with wallet" page

1. The environment where the problem occurred

- PC Ledger live (latest version)

- Metamask chrome extension (account add with "Connect hardware wallet")

- Ledger nano X (firmware version 2.0.0 upgraded.) 

 

2. Before you start

- Make sure that the ledger live app is connected well to the hardware wallet.

   - If the hardware wallet does not connect to your mobile Ledger Live app well, please reinstall Ledger Live.

   - If you are definitely connected, you can check the hardware wallet information on the management tab.)

- Clear all web browser cache data. (or use chrome incognito mode)

3. Solution

TL;DR

- Use mobile phone and chrome web browse app.

- Use Ledger Live app with "WalletConnect".

 

- Don't use PC.

- Don't use metamask.

 

Let's get start.

- Connect http://claim.ens.domains web site.

- Access your account with "WalletConnect" (not metamask)

Select WalletConnect

 

- Proceed with the token claim process.

Select Ledger

 

 

- [Caution] Don't let your hardware wallet go locked during the process.

  There are cases the connection is disconnected during the process.
